NANO CLUB Policies 2024

1. Registration and Payment

  • All registrations for the retreat must be completed through our official website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our payment page.

  • By registering, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, changes in travel plans, illness, or dissatisfaction with the retreat experience.

  • By registering for the retreat, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy unequivocally.

  • Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or early departures from the retreat.

3. Transfer Policy

  • If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your registration to another individual, subject to our approval and applicable conditions.

  • Requests for transfer must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the retreat start date.

  • A transfer fee of $50 will apply, and the transferee must agree to these terms and conditions.

  • The original participant remains liable for the registration fee until the transfer is confirmed by us in writing.

4. Cancellation by Organizer

  • In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

  • We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by participants, such as travel expenses, accommodation bookings, or any other incidental costs.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule the retreat dates if necessary, in which case participants will be notified promptly.

5. Health and Safety

  • Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other related risks.

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of registration.

  • By registering, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the retreat activities.

6. Code of Conduct

  • We expect all participants to behave respectfully and courteously towards other attendees, staff, and the local community. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Participants engaging in such behavior may be immediately dismissed from the retreat without a refund, and may be subject to further legal action.

  • Participants agree to comply with all retreat rules and regulations as communicated by the organizers.

7. Liability Waiver

  • By registering for the retreat, you agree to release and hold harmless the organizers, facilitators, and venue from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from your participation in the retreat, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.

  • You acknowledge that participation in the retreat involves certain inherent risks, and you undertake such risks voluntarily and at your own risk.

  • You agree to indemnify and defend the organizers against any claims arising from your actions or omissions during the retreat.

8. Use of Personal Data

  • We respect your privacy and will only use your personal data for the purposes of organizing and managing the retreat.

  • Your contact information may be used to send you updates and important information about the retreat.

  • We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Photography and Media

  • By attending the retreat, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

  • If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us in writing prior to the retreat. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that you will not appear in any media.

10. Changes to Policies

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be communicated to registered participants via email and will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

  • Continued participation in the retreat after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new policies.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These policies and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.

  • Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these policies or the retreat shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
